🛍️ 1. Is Return or Refund Possible?
Only if there’s a mistake like wrong print, damaged product, or defective quality, you can request a refund or replacement.

Must raise the issue within 3 days of delivery, along with a mandatory unboxing video and clear photos.

If the customer ordered the wrong size, changes their mind, or wants a different color, it is not eligible for return or refund.

In such cases, you need to place a new order at your own expense.

2. Undelivered or RTO Orders (Return to Origin):
If a courier returns the parcel undelivered (RTO), ZanyTee.in does not offer a refund.

You can reship the product, but all shipping and handling costs are borne by you.

Common RTO reasons: unserviceable PIN code, customer not available, incomplete address, or courier rejection. These are not Qikink’s fault and hence not refundable.

3. Reverse Pickup (Customer Returns the Order):
Two conditions apply:

Claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Reverse pickup request must be made within 5 days of delivery (care.ZanyTee.in).

Reverse pickup takes about 2–3 weeks, and the shipping cost is equal to the original forward shipping.

Clear unboxing video

Photos of the defective item

Images of the original packaging

After internal QC, if your claim is valid, they’ll reprint and ship the product at no extra cost.

Always record an unboxing video when you receive products—this is essential for any claims.

Follow the 5–7 day claim deadlines strictly.

For non-defective issues like wrong size or color, you’ll need to reorder yourself.
